Sean Corkum is an Assistant Director, Engineering at Northwestern Mutal for the CICD Platform team. Sean is passionate about bleeding edge tech, blazing fast automated pipelines, and cloud-native projects. His experiences in the CICD space cover a wide range of technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, Terraform, Aritfactory, Prometheus, and other python, nodejs, and golang apps. In his time at Northwestern Mutual, he has been integral in evolving the organization's processes, including moving to GitLab and GitLab CI as the Enterprise Solution. When not at his desk, Sean enjoys volunteering and spending time in the clouds – digital and via airplanes!
